Fic Snippet Dump - pick your favorite!

So...this is, as the title implies, a dumping ground for the half-finished or just-begun fics I've lost all will to write. In the hopes that posting them here will get me off my lazy ass and writing at least one of them, I present these four bits for your viewing pleasure. Please, if you see something you like, let me know so I can concentrate on that. :)
Edit: IV has become Something Good to Die For; as I was hoping, inspiration struck! Yay for kink memes. And on that note, why doesn't Torchwood have a kink meme? We've got Captain Jack, for crying out loud.
Edit 2.0: Snippet I is in the process of mutating being written! Multi-chapter, probably, because I need another another WIP like I need several large holes in my head. -.-"
