A/N: Hardcore Whovians who know the original series will probably shoot me for this. Let it just be said, I know I'm mixing up some of the stuff about the Matrix. It’s deliberate. I'm sorry. ^.^' But this chapter has a bit more explanation on the who/what/how side of things. If you’re not familiar with the Matrix in Doctor Who, there’s a wiki page here.
